SDG Pioneers 2022 – Bulgaria will take part in the global awards for advancement on SDGs through the Global Compact Network Bulgaria
SDG Pioneers 2022, whose aim is to reward the business leaders doing an exceptional job to advance the Global Goals, will be held in Bulgaria for the first time. The contest will recognize these professionals who actively contribute to the accomplishment of the Ten Principles. The selection of national-level pioneers will be executed by the Bulgarian Network. Companies and organizations which are members of the UN Global Compact have the right to participate.
By March 14th, 2022 the Bulgarian Network will reward one SDG Pioneer from the country who will get the chance to compete in the global round of the 2022 UN Global Compact SDG Pioneers campaign. The world winners in the contest will be announced during the UN Global Compact Leaders Summit in New York, USA.
The National SDG Pioneers submission period has now opened and will be available through this application form until January the 31, 2022. The applications will be evaluated according to the UN regulation, from a jury including representatives of the business, the UN, the academic institution, the non-governmental sector and the state government.
